We completed commissioning of the payment (POS) system at the Sibiu Courthouse parking lot and later took over system maintenance — unblocking, updates, and training for the team managing the parking lot.

LPR Barrier with Automated Reporting — CGR Transilvania
For CGR Transilvania, we installed a barrier with an LPR system that sends the server a log of every vehicle entry, with a timestamp and photo. At the end of each day, an Excel report is generated automatically with all entries and exits, along with the corresponding photos — so even when automatic plate recognition isn't perfect, the user can always check the photo from that exact timestamp.

Centralized Camera Network — Winter Road Command Center
For Drumuri și Poduri SA's winter road command center, we centralized video feeds from most communes in Sibiu County — around 50 locations, one camera per commune. Operators monitor weather conditions in real time and can dispatch crews faster and more precisely. Maintenance is annual: every autumn we check and restore the connections with local town halls.

For the Cisnădie Town Hall, we installed a video conferencing system that lets Local Council meetings be livestreamed on the town hall website, with on-site and remote technical support.

Access Control & Barriers — The Lake Home Residential Complex
For The Lake Home residential complex, under construction next to Lacul Binder, we installed barrier systems for each access zone and automated the site's swing gate. We extended automation control to a mobile app and phone/SMS, alongside standard remote controls, and integrated underground parking access for phone-based activation. We provide on-call support and interventions.
