About SSG-LAB
SSG-LAB SRL is a company based in Cisnădie, Sibiu County, specialized in designing and implementing automation, access control, and smart solutions for residential, commercial, and municipal clients.
What sets us apart
We combine the installation of established equipment (barriers, cameras, access control systems) with custom software development and integrations, wherever standard market solutions don't fully cover the client's need.
We work with both homeowners' associations and real estate developers, as well as public administrations interested in smart city solutions.
Partners
We install equipment from established manufacturers: Hikvision and Dahua for video surveillance, Equinsa for paid parking systems, BFT and Roger for barrier and gate automation, and Hörmann for industrial and garage doors.
We are BFT collaborators, and we work with TRITECH GROUP, the national distributor of Equinsa systems and BFT automation in Romania.
Expertise and research
Beyond installation, our team has broader technical experience: developing computer vision solutions with AI components (2017), energy efficiency solutions tested in a pilot project in Poland, and academic collaborations with Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (ULBS) and the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN), resulting in published research. For electrical work, we have both team members and collaborators certified by ANRE (Romania's national energy regulator). We regularly attend specialist training sessions, such as one from Dahua, in partnership with Atu Tech.
